“Die Nähe zum Strand war super, auch die Küchenausstattung gut und reichlich, wenn man von den stumpfen Küchenmessern absieht. Das Rumpeln der Straßenbahn ist etwas gewöhnjngsbedürftig.”

“Les points positifs. Très proche de la plage (50 m). L'appartement est au 6e étage avec une vue dégagée mais pas de vue sur la mer. Comme il est en hauteur : pas de moustiques ou d'insectes. Le soleil donne sur la terrasse du matin au milieu de l'après-midi en été. Le parking est juste devant l'immeuble (payant : 5€/jour) mais il est vite rempli en fin de semaine. L'appartement est idéalement placé : à 1 min de la plage, à côté de la réserve naturelle, à 15 minutes à pieds de l'esplanade et 20……

“The apartment on the 4th floor was as we expected. The living room is located to the sea site and the view from the sofa to the sea is tremendous.
