So I was originally asked how my CHECK IN was and honestly... it was horrible. The person, Sandra, was very short and aloof. I'd ask her questions and she wouldn't even acknowledge them. At one point, I even asked her if I had somehow done something wrong because she was acting so rude. I was close to cancelling my stay and going to another hotel because of her. Honestly, I'm not sure why she is even working the front desk because she is anything but hospitable. Everything else was great, but Sandra and well, the toilet paper. Ironically, we could describe both of them as being very abrasive. Not trying to be clever here. Just telling you how they both affected our stay.
