The 1913 is a unique loft in The Alley District of historic downtown De Pere, WI. Built in 1913, it blends industrial charm—exposed brick and big windows with amazing views—with modern perks like a full kitchen, plush bedding, and sleek bathrooms. Perfect for solo travelers or couples, its hardwood floors and vintage-modern decor create a cozy stay, just 10 minutes from Lambeau Field. Great stay in De Pere

We had a great time at the historic loft in De Pere. It was a great location near coffee shops, restaurants, and Voyageur Park. We were able to walk around in the evening and enjoy a stroll across the bridge and St. Norbert's campus.

We were so happy with this place - clean & very well appointed. It was a quick walk to Voyager park, coffee and food - great location for our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
