“Nice location with boat rental on site but you pay more for this convenience. Cottages were nothing special but adequate for our needs - very basic amenities, bath towels were laughable as they were the size of hand towels which may be good for Chinese visitors but not larger tourists. Easy walk from end of road. Staff made check in and out very easy. No privacy at all as the cottages are very close together including campers behind the cottages. Overall ok but if we came back may look around……

“In einer schönen Lage gelegen (im grünen und am Wasser) haben wir eine schöne Woche verbracht. Der Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. “Wir hatten Probleme mit einem Tierbefall in der Unterkunft. Wahrscheinlich Eichhörnchen niemand weiß wie die eindringen konnten Wir mussten das Haus wechseln und durch den Aufwand haben wir einen Tag der Urlaubsplanung von insgesamt 4 Tagen verloren Europarcs reagiert gar nicht. Echt ärmlich”

“Wir waren 14 Tage vor Ort. Die Kommunikation funktionierte uneingeschränkt gut. Der Verwalter vor Ort (Siem) war immer ansprechbar und super freundlich. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge in tolle kleine Städte (Sneek,Lemmer, Ossenzijl u.a.). Spaziergänge mit dem Hund begannen unmittelbar vor der Haustür. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Fahren mit der Schaluppe hat insbesondere dem Junior gut gefallen. Anfängliche Startschwierigkeiten waren schnell……

“The good: The home is well maintained, fairly close to the tourist area in Giethoorn, and has all of the dishes, pans, etc. needed for preparing meals. We were able to spend a lot of time in Geithoorn. The boat tour is with the price. The bad: After multiple attempts to contact the property manager via phone and email, and Belvilla by text, we heard nothing about the check-in process.
