“This is the second time in a year that my family and I have stayed here. It is only 3 blocks from my son and his family. We neighborhood is very nice. There was no internet for the 7 days we were there. The couch was also broken. I noticed the cleaning was not up to what it had been in the past. Granted they had had a messy party leave just before us. If they fix the internet and cleaning, with a new couch, we will likely stay there again.”

“Communication with Brandon was excellent and timely, he even provided us with a board game table after learning we were there to complete a long-running ttrpg campaign in person. Some things to be aware of: the door on the upstairs bathroom doesn't shut all the way, so making sure you're clear on when someone's in the bathroom is key, especially if you're travelling with friends rather than family. There is a ton of space for both relaxing and gaming, we didn't have as much time to explore but……
