"The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation."

"We booked this house over Christmas mostly for the fenced yard for our Great Pyrenees. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was good. The house has been updated since these photos were taken, mostly for the better (different flooring, for example). A few things of I would do differently: ..."
