“It was 85 degrees inside and the AC wasnt working when we arrived. Property owner claimed they where working on it in the morning, however, when his tech came he didnt know where the handle was to open the door. Took till well past midnight to cool the house down. There where wasps and mosquitoes by the back door and roaches in the kitchen cupboards and by the fridge. Good thing I didn't need to use the kitchen.”

“The hotel was good, nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was hearty and the gentleman manning it was friendly and welcoming. I can not say the same for the night clerk. When we arrived she was not at the counter, after 2-3 minute wait she came to the counter- no welcome to Best Western no friendly smile as if we were an inconvenience at 8:15. felt like we were an imposition to her. ”
