On the ground floor are two reception rooms, one of which has a log burner and a Smart TV, perfect for cosy evenings in watching a film together. The kitchen has been well-equipped with all you need to cook meals as a family. Take advantage of the local butchers and fishmongers to stock up on some delicious and fresh ingredients to cook up a storm. On the first floor you will find four spacious and comfortable bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room. The well designed family bathroom is also on this floor. Parking is available in front of the garage, to the side of the house and there is free on road parking on the road. Stroll along Middle Street, a conservation area with historical charm and quaint cottages or stroll down Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. For a deeper dive into Deal's history, don't miss a chance to visit Deal or Walmer Castle. A short walk along the seafront from Deal you will find Kingsdown, a former fishing village where you can enjoy a drink or bite to eat at The Zetland Arms - a pub on the beach overlooking the White Cliffs of Dover. For the adventure seekers amongst the group, a visit to the White Mill Aqua Park is a must, a state of the art cable wakeboarding system, paddle boarding, open water swimming and a sauna and cold plunge. Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Please note that this is a 'shoes off' home.
Smoking is not permitted in the property or garden at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
