“We were looking for a quiet stay in a beautiful place and that was our experience. The view of the bay is spectacular. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy drive from DC, so this is a great place to find some peace when that's what's needed. There was a windstorm that knocked out power for much of the region one day. Brett was responsive and helpful in dealing with that unexpected event. ”

“Couldn’t be happier with our stay. The house was exactly as pictured. Neighborhood was quiet with a small town feel. Most of the major appliances appeared relatively new, the beds were comfortable and the house was staffed with an abundance of linens and towels. Front and back yards are completely fenced in which is perfect for those with small dogs. North Beach is only a short drive from College Park, Baltimore and Annapolis. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely consider staying there……

My husband and I stayed with our 4 young children and had ample space. The beds were all comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great! “We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and tidy. Checking in was simple. Parking was straightforward once we noticed the markers giving us clear instructions. The kitchen has everything you need. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The downstairs shower is small, but the water pressure is good. Everyone who stayed upstairs enjoyed the amenities. Definitely will try to rent this again for the next time we visit Annapolis.”

We enjoyed so much about it: the fully-equipped kitchen with spices and every appliance you might need, bathrooms with rain showers/good water pressure, decks for outdoor lounging, plenty of space and nice furnishings in the living room, and a quiet neighborhood that isn't too far away from the downtown area.
