“This little spot is just perfect! The place is decorated beautifully! Comfy bed and linens. A completely stocked kitchenette. We loved sitting out on the deck, enjoying the view of the peaceful pasture. Thank you for the hospitality- We will be back!”

The couch is super comfy and so was the master bed we stayed in. The only thing I'd say, which is absolutely not the host's responsibility, is the road to get there is not taken care of and very bumpy, our SUV was fine but consider not taking a low sitting car. ”

“These units were perfect for our friends and family. Loved the two kitchens and multiple baths. Both units are updated and decorated just precious as can be. With our group we had lot's of outdoor space under the patio with great seating options. We would not hesitate coming back. We visited the lake several times as it's just a few minutes away to view gorgeous sunsets. ”

“Great place to stay for families seeking lake or state park activity and to get away to a quiet place but be within a decent drive to visit your college student or have your college student visit you for a family retreat. The deer families that roam the neighborhood was an added treat.”

“We rented this place to attend an A&M football game, which was about. 25 miles drive. The drive was easy the home was very comfortable, well furnished and so much more reasonably priced than staying in College Station”

“We loved staying at Mae’s place! The house was clean, well stocked and located in a quiet neighborhood. The property was inviting and peaceful. Comfy beds, hot showers! Highly recommend!”

Honestly nothing to complain about house was very clean inside and out, we felt very comfortable and safe after a long day at the lake. ”

“Perfect place to stay. Lots of amenities and a great location to be in Lexington.”

“We were in Caldwell for a family members wedding. The house was the perfect size for our group. The home was comfortable and cozy. The location was a bit out of town, but it was still convenient and so beautiful and peaceful. We all said we slept like babies!”

“We had an excellent stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with new equipment and the snacks were a nice treat. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to relax. The backyard was really nice, even though it was too hot to hang out and enjoy it. We enjoyed seeing the deer too! It was an easy drive into College Station and I would stay here again for a football weekend or other event. A couple minor things to improve the stay would be……

“Description of property was deceptive as listed on VRBO. It never mentioned that the two bedrooms were not in the main house. The second bedroom was in a pod adjacent to the main house, with no bathroom. The pod had no heat that we could find, and it was freezing. To use the bathroom when sleeping in the pod, You had to go down stairs outside and walk to the main house, put in the code and enter the house to use the toilet. In the middle of the night, when you have to use the toilet, you……
