“after you walk thru the backyard gate you go across a tenats patio to reach the stairs to go up to your unit. Awkward to say the least. The unit was ok, kitchen was very dated but cabinets were painted white to freshen it up. It listed a washer/dryer, but we found none in the unit. We have rented 3 years in surfside beach and this unit was no where near the quality we have had prior. Dont recommend rented this unit.”
