“The property is well kept and located right off 49. We stayed 3 nights to visit U of Ark which was about 30 mins drive. The condo was well supplied with your every day needs of home. Will definitely be back!”

“We loved the location. We enjoyed being able to walk to Onyx coffee. The condo was clean and everything seemed very new. They need to change out the stools at the table from bar height to counter height. They are currently too high to actually use at the table. Everything else was great. ”

“This unit was comfy, kitchen was well-appointed, good washing machine & dryer. Bed was quite high off the ground (I'm short), but good mattress. Back yard was small, but sufficient for my dog & nice patio furniture. Management was very attentive to a problem with the toilet - very responsive & timely.”

It was clean and all the necessities were readily available. The kitchen and bathrooms supplies were more than adequate. We have no complaints and would rate the experience as excellent. I would definitely stay here again.”
