“The hotel was in a beautiful location, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the pools really lovely (could do with being a bit warmer though). The hotel is however badly let down by having too many guests, terrible lighting in the communal areas where evening entertainment takes place (please dim the lights!!). Most importantly however was the absolutely revolting food! It was the worst I have experienced in a hotel in years! Cheap, mass produced and……

“The breakfast spread is a beautiful sight, with every nut, grain, and dried fruit neatly stored in glass jars. The table is set with speckled plates and fine china, adding a touch of elegance. “It's all super inclusive Which is Great but the lack of variation and flavour is something you get with a 3star place. Just found it lacking in the food and drink area's even the a la carte restaurants didn't offer much of a change. The Italian was good but again lacking in flavour. Preferred club was great last year but this time round it's nit worth the extra and the only thing it offers is a less noisy place to eat. ”

“This is an all inclusive property. The buffet was good and had lots of options but it was not what we would want to eat for dinner three nights. When we checked in we requested a reservation for both restaurants and were told they were both booked all the nights we were staying. This was very disappointing. “The only complaint, and it was NOT the fault of the hotel - our view was spectacular, but due to it's direction never got the sun. So, felt a little cold and dark. But this is only a minor quibble. The hotel is awesome and the food selection was incredible! One other thing. I did not like that there was only one beer option - and it was not really very good beer.”
