“The management of this property was very customer oriented. They readily helped us to gain other services and were easily able to get hold of. The rooms were good size and they were in a building that was on one of the main walking alleys in the town. In order to get to the property, you had to do a little walking with your luggage which could be challenging for some.”

“Absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! It was our favorite spot in all of the Greek islands. In particular, the owner Eva (who also works at the front desk) was so very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond at every opportunity to make us feel welcome and help us get around the island. She also recommended wonderful restaurants! We were traveling with our own three teenagers and another family and the teens especially loved the pool and the rooms worked well for families. “We really loved the hotel, the beach and the area around. Everything was perfect. They clean the room every day. The room is so spacious and direct on the sea. Around 2 min to reach the sea. “We booked a two-bedroom suite at reasonable price. Good location, easy to go to the center of Fira. Cozy, clean, confortable beds. The only thing disturbing us is the noice. The hotel is by the roadside of a major road in Fira. In the midnight, some crazy drivers drove cars aggressively and it was noisy. I was bothered on the second night until 2 am. If you are sensitive to the noice, then avoid the rooms facing the road.”

“We stayed at Phaos Oia Suites for 3 nights in May. It was a comfortable stay , the suite was very spacious and clean . There were some issues with the main door and hot water . The owner was very quick and responsive to all our questions/concerns . It was solved in an efficient manner. The location was great , with breathtaking views ! Close to restaurants, shopping and attractions . The only thing we felt we needed was a microwave in the suite. It would have been very helpful with reheating……
