“Katerina is the most wonderful host. She made early contact after booking and then provided useful information pre-holiday. She made every effort to make out stay an enjoyable experience. The Villa is quiet and perfect for a peaceful break. It has beautiful scenic views of Skiathos town and surrounds. We would love to return.”

“The property is beautiful. Private yard and pool. Super well-maintained. Amazing view from living area upstairs. Think ahead for food; we arrived on a Sunday in mid-May and all the markets and most of the restaurants were closed. No dining facilities on site and don’t plan on “walking into town”, as it’s about 1.5 km away and it’s a steep uphill on the way back. Communication had challenges. “Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr zentral (bezüglich Insel) und gut versteckt, also sehr ruhig. Leider auch kaum auffindbar. Erstes Problem war, dass man mit der Buchung keinen konkreten Namen der Unterkuft erhält, noch eine genaue Adresse. Somit war es erstmal schwierig die Unterkunft zu finden, ist auch überhaupt nicht beschildert. Ohne Hilfe der Einheimischen, überhaupt nicht möglich. Nur ohne Unterkuftsname ist es auch schwierig die nötige Hilfe von Einheimischen zu bekommen. Also das……

“This was a fabulous gem overlooking Lutraki Beach. Quiet and tucked away just what we were looking for in our stay. Ginny our host was great she had great communication and Was a tremendous help in helping us find a private boat charter. She also was very helpful when our ferry was cancelled due to inclement weather and made sure we had transportation off of the island. All the locals were lovely. The apt was super clean and new. The bathroom was a bit tight but adequate. A/C worked great. Note……
