“We rented the home with a special goal in mind, and that was to host a small family birthday party for our 91 year old mom that has many relatives in the area. The large dining area, has 8 seats, the living room, 9 seats with 6 of those reclining. 4 spacious bedrooms. Outdoors had more seating than I could count. We enjoyed our stay and Bill Lord, the host, was quick to respond to a few questions I had during our stay. ”

“The property was just beautiful and had everything you could want. I especially enjoyed swimming in the lake and having the pavilion to stay shaded and cool when we bbq'd and ate outside. It was completely private and peaceful which was exactly what I needed. My pups loved having all the space to run and play. The host was very responsive and all instructions and directions were clear. I would definitely return in the future.”

“My husband, 15-year old son and I stayed for a short getaway. The A-frame was just as described and perfect for us. While there were only three of us, there was enough room for 3 more people to sleep as well. Everything we needed was provided, we just had to bring food and our fishing gear. We were able to fish and swim right from the dock and made use of the two kayaks provided. The A-frame is located right on the lake in a very quiet cove. “This is a great cabin for a couple, or a couple with one or two children. The cabin is very clean, well stocked, and everything seems new. We loved hanging out on the back porch swing. It sits back off the road, and you have a lot of privacy. The kitchen was well stocked. No complaints. It fully met our needs for a weekend of hiking and the outdoors. ”

“We had a great time! Super clean, quiet, and very private. We could pull our boat to the dock and relax on the dock or up in the yard. Loved the old look and small appliances in the cabin. Reminded me of when I was younger. We have been here two times now. Love it!”

“Thw cabin was nicer than I expected. Everything was perfect. The property is nice and clean. We drove seven hours from Missouri for a concert at thw Caverns. I booked in February for our June vacay. I was nervous when I didnt get emails the day before or day of. I messaged to confirm everything was good, but never heard back. I found check in instructions in the VRBO app with a key code. I trusted everything would be as planned, and it was. But it is terrifying to drive 450 miles not knowing……

“It was peaceful and quiet which was everything I wished for my vacation. The cabin was marvelous and large. There are large televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. The appliances in the kitchen were fairly new and beautiful. I’ve been sitting in a rocking chair on the front porch watching a doe and her fawn in the front yard. Totally relaxed. I will certainly return to enjoy this wonderful property!!!”
