“We had the best weekend at Lake Sinclair (me, husband, two adult sons and our doggie). Driving to the house we saw deer everywhere, pulled into the driveway and I was speechless. The view… it is breathtaking! Launched our boat at Anchors marina (5 launch fee and only two minutes from the house). Caught a huge catfish from the boat dock which is very nice and an easy walk from the house. The kitchen is well stocked and Kroger is just a short drive away. Enjoyed cooking a few meals in the kitchen……

“Property was as described, clean, had everything we needed. Traveled with pets and yard and water area was great for them. Home had plenty of space. Location on the lake was very good, very quiet and peaceful. Porch area was nice, plenty of space to relax and a large table for eating. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Pictures do not do the house justice. It is stunning! The owners are eeasy to reach and extreme responsive! We have stayed here before and we will definitely be back again! We love it here. ”

“We had a great time staying at the Asylum house. I will not lie it was a bit scary driving up. Once there it was a blast. Walking around the old Hospital grounds. We think we got some voice box recordings. Did hear some screams, well we think we did. Saw the old Prison creepy for sure. Must go to the old cemetery. Could have used more towels, but that would be the only down side. So if your looking for a place that has a past, this is the place. Its a must see for sure. Thanks. John. ”
