“The house a perfect weekend getaway home. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Perfect location to the coal mine museum and mine tour and the town of Jim Thorpe. The only negative thing was the main bedroom mattress was very hard and uncomfortable but overall a great stay. ”

“We needed a large house with a central location for our family weekend with life-long friends from Denmark. The house and beautiful property were perfect! The grounds, the stream, the pickleball court, as well as the spacious house allowed us to spread out, as well as enjoy time and meals together. ”

“We stayed with a very large group of 21 adults and kids. The property was spacious and comfortable. We stayed during the winter, but I’m sure in spring and summertime with the lake. This property would be adorable. The only recommendation I would make is to upgrade their beds and mattresses which are kind of old and uncomfortable.”

“We had a great stay here. We were skiing at bear creek mountain which was about 40 mins drive. We were two families- so 4 adults and 4 kids total, plus our dog. The kids LOVED the games room- even though it was quite cold even with the heaters (it was a particularly arctic few days when we were there) but the kids did not care! We had to drag them out! Haha. “We absolutely loved our 4-night stay here! The location is a bit rural but still close to town where you can find shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and more.
