“Room was fine. AC was a challenge, it was not working a sit should. Master bath shower was broken and leaking (was working though). There was no phone inside the room so have to call the front lobby from our phone. There were no clear instructions about check out procedures. I had a to call and ask about trash and towels etc. A bit run down place.”

“This location is everything! Perfect ski in/ski out. The lift did get shut down during our stay since it was the end of the season but we easily grabbed the Empire shuttle and headed over to mid mountain without issue. The condo is gorgeous and well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Now the negatives- we arrived late night and the heat was working overtime despite it being 55 out. It was 92 inside and the heat wouldn’t cut off. Had to sleep with windows open and fans full……

“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”

“Great place and location. A bit tight for 24 grown men but we made it work. Beds were all very comfortable, Huge hot tub, and deck has an open gas fire pit which was awesome!”

“The property had beautiful views, was very clean, has nice gathering spaces . Our concern was the parking and the many ongoing emails about penalties for parking on the property. ”

“This property was very comfortable and the perfect location to historic downtown Park City as well as other popular outdoor attractions. The only concern we had was the air conditioner; a couple days of our stay the temperature was in the high 80’s and the air conditioner wasn’t cooling well. The gas fireplace was giving off heat, so that may have been a factor. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. ”
