So many options for activities and we did it all- swimming, pool side talks, zip line fun, hot tub, swing for the littles, shuffle board, camp fires and more! “Room was updated and modern with many extras. Staff was very helpful, super friendly, and thoughtful. The room was $80 less than closest competitor. Lots of thoughtful amenities went into the room from flower head shower to first aid kit to coffee and tea to doggie treats and tennis ball to huge flatscreen tv to remote control for heater/cooler to microwave and fridge with a separate freezer on top to toothbrushes to good smelling shampoo and conditioner. "As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many issues overall. The only real highlight was the swimming pool, which our child absolutely loved"
