“Perfect location for those looking to xx ski and fish. Miles of groomed trails nearby and unlimited back country skiing via the lake and Chippewa National Forest. We loved how quiet the lake was. No human activity other than our group. The dogs had a blast exploring the national forest and its critters. Fishing was fantastic. There's a large sunken bar about 3/4 mile east of the cabin that supported a diverse fish community. The cabin is so spacious with the massive game room attached. So many……

“For anyone who likes seasoned lake cabins you will love the Little Red Cabin's spacious open living area. The outdoors flows right inside through the new framed windows on all three sides cheering your stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the Living Room has plenty of choice seating. Beds are comfortable for good sleep. The long yard to the tiny beach area was perfect for hitting our golf balls and blowing bubbles. Thanks Mark Swedlund for making the cabin available to us three oldsters.……

“ShangriLa lives up to its name, tucked away with a private drive separate from the adjoining neighborhood. Much of the time we felt like we were the only ones on the lake. The house is immaculate and attractively decorated. (We loved the moose dice.) The deck provides idyllic views of the lake, framed by a weeping willow and a cedar. As it faces north, it was perfect for viewing the Aurora Borealis (picture below). There’s still a slight amount of light pollution in the area, so the Milky……

“This was in a great location, close to town. We really enjoyed staying in this private oasis. We enjoyed how thorough Rick was before check-in and during our stay. The cabin was filled with resources on how utilities work, use of outdoor equipment, and household items to use (towels, extra blankets/pillows, washer/dryer). Everything worked as it should have, and the directions were easily understandable. Our dog also loved the freedom to run around in the yard which is far enough from the road……
