“The place was new and had a stunning view of the mountains. There were three of us adults and it was great having two bathrooms. However, there were only two chairs in the kitchen area and only two chairs on the deck. The parking was definitely less than ideal. With no guard rail of any kind, it was tricky to park without getting too close to the edge of the steep driveway. Plus, there was very little room to park anyway. ”

“We absolutely loved this place. It was decorated so nice and equipped with everything you would need. I loved that there was no TV in the bedrooms. The pillows were like resting your head on a cloud!Owners (Carolyn) are friendly and quick to respond. Within walking distance to Greeneville and in the living room, they (owners) supplied a list of things to do in the area. We were there for the annual Iris Festival, which was right in town. Highly recommend this home. I love Greeneville and can’t……

“The tiny home was very spacious and clean. It gave a very homie feel. The dock and screen in porch with the outdoor kitchen was awesome. It's a very quiet area and very peaceful. They were very accommodating and brought us extra towels when requested and very fast to respond to questions. We would high recommend this home for anyone wanting to enjoy the area without the choas of crowds.”

“I can’t say enough good things about the property and the hosts… beautiful views, plenty of lake access and convenient location to all of the nearby attractions. And to hear the wolves at night was a special treat! Highly recommend and will be returning again and again… be sure to give Red and Xena plenty of loving!”

“A cute small hotel located right off the main road. It’s convenient to everything in Maggie Valley. It’s just what we needed for our two night stay. Very clean. Mostly quiet. The river behind is loud but once the door/window is closed you can barely hear it. I would definitely recommend staying here and might even book a stay there again myself on a future trip.”

“We booked this place at the last minute but it was great! Very clean with all the necessities for a short stay. Bathroom is very nice. AC worked well, WiFi was good. It's not right on the lake or anything but just a quick walk/drive is all it takes to get you to the lake and its amenities. Would book again! ”
