“room clean was not clean！”

“The hair dryer didn't work and though we told them right away it was bad they did not send someone to repair or replace it during the 3 days we stayed. The shower curtain magnet was lost so water tended to flood the bathroom floor is you weren't careful. But these was the ONLY negative thing. Everything else was WONDERFUL! Clean comfortable, quiet room with great TV, refrigerator and microwave and a coffee maker with tea and regular & Decaf coffee. Endless Hot water. Very complete breakfast……

“It seems like an older property but it is well kept and clean. The beds were comfy and the shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. The staff has always been friendly all three times i have stayed here. The property is easy to find since it is on Plank Rd which is one of the main roads that all the shopping and dining is based on. It is quiet since it is about a mile south of all the shopping so it is close enough to everything you might want but not in the middle of all the traffic……

“Had a weeks long power outage, so we needed to stay in a hotel. It was pleasant, convenient and the staff was great!!! The loaded bacon & cheese fries in the Grouse are absolutely the best!!!! The bartender, Brea was fantastic!!! ”

“We booked this hotel for the outdoor space- patio, grills, fire tables, etc- Due to the weather-rain,rain,rain we were unable to use it. It looked nice though. The open area/dining are was very nice- we were able to sit at a big table and play some games. Bed was not comfortable. Both my husband and i woke up each morning with sore backs-something we usually don’t have. Breakfast was scarce-hot food was usually not filled/empty, dried out/plain. Waffles not available- must just be a……
