“Property was perfectly located for our needs. Very clean & looked even better than the pictures. A couple of minor issues: be aware that there are pretty steep steps to get to the apartment. It wasn’t a problem for me, but my elderly mother did struggle a bit. Also, the air conditioner is fairly loud - we were grateful for central air as the weather was very hot during our stay, but it is quite noticeable and we had to have the TV volume much higher as a result. Overall though, there was nothing……

“We took a quick overnight to Pitt, and this was a gem of a place! Clean, bright, and close to where we need to go in town. Soooo much better than any hotel! The bed was so comfortable!! We will be back to Pitt again, and I will definitely grab this place again. ”

“Property was clean and smartly appointed. Appliances were very new. We were easily able to cook and eat in during our stay. There is an ample private parking lot. I had to work during some stretches of my stay and there wasn't a single hiccup with the Wi-Fi even handling large files. Shadyside is beautiful and the location is ideal with very short drives to Pitt and CMU and easy walks to either of the two main shopping/eating corridors. “We had a great stay at Denise's apartment in Oakmont. It was located in a quiet neighborhood of the village very close to the Oakmont country club where we were volunteering for the US Open. Our host was super accommodating and incredibly responsive to all of our questions and requests. Apartment was not glamorous but very comfortable and quaint. The inground pool was an added bonus! Would definitely stay there again if our travels bring us back to Pittsburgh.”

“This place worked perfectly for our family of 5. Our 3 daughters were thrilled to all have their own beautiful bedrooms. The pictures accurately reflect the property. It was also centrally located for us between family and weekend events. ”

“This place is great if you are visiting your student at Pitt. Super clean and the beds are super comfortable.Its a bit further away, (like 10) min, but if you are coming from the east, you are on the highway and out of town without fighting city traffic. Easy on and off the highway and off street parking was HUGE plus. Thank you Heidi!”

“Excellent unit in a convenient location. Kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the unit was spotlessly cleaned prior to our arrival. Perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids. 15 minutes from all the things you’d want to do in Pittsburg. Check in was easy, I was nervous because of all the steps described in the listing but the host/management company made it a breeze. Will definitely be staying here on my next trip! ”
