“Eric’s house was exactly what we needed - a much needed escape into the countryside where all we heard at night was the sound of the frogs. “This place is an amazing combination of form and function. Very attractive yet still has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. We were here a week and were amazed that this place is even nicer than the listing. The less than perfect part is there are occasional loud urban noises, but most of the time it is quiet. Nonetheless, we hope to stay here every time we are in Syracuse because this place is much better than any hotel we’ve found.”

“A gorgeous property set in a lovely, quiet, tree dominant neighborhood. The houses were impressive estates, immaculately kept. So nice to walk/jog around the development—a very private oasis. The home itself is beautiful: perfectly appointed with space for everyone. The only issue we had was with the central air unit, but the owners promptly sent technicians to remedy the issue. The 10 of us (plus dogs) had a perfect vacation! We found great trails nearby (definitely walk the Green Lakes……
