"Upon arrival we fell in love right away with the property, neighborhood and quaintness of the area. We were a little disappointed in the size of the room as we were in Rm 1. Great that we didn't have to make the stairs though. Loved everything about our stay and the quietness of the neighborhood. ..."

"This is our second stay here, and not our last. This historic home is exquisitely restored and meticulously maintained. There is a well-equipped common kitchen with designated cupboards for each room. Coffee is available 24/7. Walking distance to Main Street. You will LOVE staying here!"

"The Victorian house was the perfect place to stay. We grew up in Delphos Ohio in that neighborhood so we had a great trip down memory lane. We enjoyed our stay very much & would definitely go back for another family reunion. Thanks for making us feel welcome.Diane"
