“Overall, great experience with the place, but there could’ve been a few other things that could’ve been taken up to make it better. As a fellow Vrbo Owner some small things go along way. There was dried blood on one of the bedsheets and the sheets in general were uncomfortable. No shampoo or conditioner in showers. Water filter on fridge needed to be changed and made a lot of noise. Also was not warmed of the heavy construction Next Door that was going on our entire stay. Overall, a nice place,……

“Our family of four loved playing pickleball and relaxing in the pool!! So many great dinners at the house and on the avenue. The house was so well equipped and comfortable! Would definately return. Thanks for sharing with others ! ”

“Very limited kitchen supplies. Bare minimum. No coffee filters, no basic spices, only half a roll of toilet paper, very few dishes and cooking utensils. The place is in a nice neighborhood”

“The house is lovely, light, bright, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect. The pool is clean and well maintained. The back yard is private and fun for outside grilled meals.The kitchen is fully stocked with anything needed for a great, easy, relaxing stay. Plenty of linens as well.We had a wonderful time. “We came to Florida for our son's graduation at FAU and make a little vacation out of the time. The house provided plenty of sleeping arrangements, a wonderful pool, and a great view of the canal. Pool table was fun too.The only knock on the house was, and I'm nitpicking, that there were no condiments or food stables left so we ended having to buy everything and flying out of state had to leave them. There's been other rentals that have supplied these.”

“Great neighborhood, wonderful place for a family and close to everything. The pool and putt putt area were perfect for our family. We spent a ton of time outside in the great backyard. Host was quick to reply for anything we needed. I would highly recommend this spot! ”
