“We loved the place! It’s adorable and well appointed with necessities. My only complaint (and the reason I gave four stars rather than five) is the bed. I would recommend the owners invest in an actual bed with a comfortable mattress. The sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping. Otherwise it’s a great little place in a beautiful location, and the owners are very accommodating.”

“We stayed while out of town on a bowling trip. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had and very easy to work with. The unit was very clean and comfortable.”

“This rental was great for our weekend away. The space itself is extremely clean and stocked. We appreciated the coffee and creamer and the games in the unit. Check in was easy with lots of details and Beth is extremely responsive. The location is close to all attractions for trains and numerous restaurants. We loved staying on the farm and our toddler loved running around, the swings, and the animals. A special thank you for offering for us to feed the cows and meet the calves. Great stay! ”

“Thank you so much for having us. Everything was very nice. Love the vintage touches. Really appreciated the coffee and creamer. Your yard is beautiful and enjoyed your nice houseplants as well! The only thing we would say is perhaps a small “guest entry this way” sign may be a helpful addition though I realize we did show up later in the evening. We felt bad disturbing you because we weren’t sure where to enter. Thank you again and we will certainly keep you in mind for future visits! ”

“The apartment itself was okay. It was definitely updated, however there is very little privacy with the bathroom. At first entry everything seemed fine. There was moldy coffee in the coffee maker, but they came to clean it. The communication with the cohost and evolve was absolutely horrific! We had a huge problem in the middle of the night that required police and fire to come out as a precaution. I was also asked to go into the basement to check out the strange beeping. There was no light……

“The apartment is spotlessly clean and pleasantly decorated. There are extra towels and blankets. The surroundings are beautifully rural and quiet. However, the paper thin walls separating the two apartments make it not so quiet inside. The master bedroom is excellent - quiet and comfortable. The second bedroom is quiet but has an old mattress with depressions that make it unsleepable. The third bedroom with twin beds is comfortable, but it abuts the adjoining apartment, so you can hear snoring……

“Off the beaten path a little but as long as you read the host's direction and info it was easy to find. Not a lot of lodging in the area, so we were happy to find this one in conjunction with being in the area for a wedding. The layout is nice and open, and the apartment was clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!”
