“This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.”

“This was our 3rd stay at the Orsett Hall Hotel we have never been disappointed. We booked a couples spa package, that included afternoon tea.massage, and then relaxing in the steam room jacuzzi and pool. Our suite was so nice clean spacious with a four poster bed. We will be coming back for a 4th visit. ”

“Staff were helpful. Area is quiet and convenient to local amenities, dinning options, etc. ”

“Good size room, very comfy bed. Staff friendly but somewhat convoluted online check in. Water pressure was low but sufficient. Sadly no breakfast on offer currently as place is being refurbished. But in spite of the issues, I will be back when I'm in the area and see what it's like after the refurb is complete.”

“Brilliant experience at the double tree in Dartford, staff were pleasant, hotel is in great condition and was super comfortable, I would definitely book to go again. The afternoon tea was lovely, my family enjoyed and the bar staff serving were very attentive to our needs. The in house restaurant was such pleasure to be in.”

“Only stayed the night for me and my son, Martin was very helpful and very chatty, a really nice chap , very pleasant room perfect for the price and needs we had , great location and will definetly return there for London visits as it's about a mile from station too”
