It means you have only one bedroom with a private washroom. The other facility like kitchen and living room would be share with the guests in the other room of that suite.

Beautiful place, very quiet neighborhood! The bed is very comfy and the shower is to die for! Also very clean. Close to the athletic center in delta and only a short drive to any amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much :)
