“This thoughtfully equipped house was squeaky clean and cute as a button. The surroundings were soothing to the soul. It may be my favorite BNB so far. One thing I particularly appreciated was the absence of odor from cleaning products or essential oils. I have asthma and use a CPAP machine. Those odors trigger my asthma and leave my CPAP machine so stinky that I have to replace the hose and mask. But not this time! It was clean but not stinky clean!”

“This was the PERFECT place for my dog and I to stay at while we visited family close by. Everything is walkable for restaurants and stores or just a short drive for more. “I had the pleasure of staying at Birch Bay Frame, and it was an unforgettable experience! The location is unbeatable – right on the ocean, with stunning views right from the property. We even spotted seals swimming in the water, which was such a nice surprise. The house itself was immaculate, clean, and very well-maintained.
