Living room (fully equipped) with kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (extra bed possible), 1 bathroom with tub and shower facility and toilet. Balcony available.

Information about the location: The apartment is located on the outskirts of Demmin at the confluence of Peene, Trebel and Tollense. A playground and bus connection to the city are located 15 meters from the property. Shops about 10 minutes walk.

Leisure activities: swimming pool, canoe rental, Horseback-equestrian, bowling lane, Sqashhalle. Ideal for water sports enthusiasts, anglers and cyclists. Over 100 km of waterways, passenger navigation on the Peene and the Lake Kummerow. Attractions such as the island of Usedom, Rügen, Hanseatic cities of Rostock, Stralsund and Greifswald are available adjacent. It is possible to get daily fresh chicken eggs from own breeding.

Waren 4 Tage in der großen, ruhigen Wohnung. Fast alles war verhandeln und die Wohnung war sauber. Die sehr netten Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar und gaben uns gute Tips für unsere Kajaks. Demmin ist top für Paddeller. 3 Flüsse an einem Ort, Kajakherz was willst Du mehr!!! Wer als Wassersportler also eine ruhige, preiswerte, einfache, saubere Wohnung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Gute Betreuung, gemütliche Wohnung

Von der Stadtmitte ca. 2 km entfernt, liegt diese ruhige und vor allem große Ferienwohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 900 Meter entfernt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super, die Ferienwohnung gut ausgestattet. Gerne wieder!
