“The property was top class and the staff especially Sharon, was very professional. The only downside was the fact that many people who don’t stay there tend to create an atmosphere of olmost intimidation. They are starting at you straight in the eyes, I don’t know if they are security staff or what they call in Kinshasa, ANR agents? Very unsettling. They are everywhere! Around the pool, lobby,looking at you as if they are investigating you… really I felt unsafe…”

“I stayed at Belle Vie Hotel for 15 days. Overall i had a very good stay. The staff were very attebtaive and professional. The first room i stayed in for my first 2 days was large and spacious but a bit dated. The second room was newly renovated. The hitel should consider putting toileteries in the bathrooms instead of just soap. Adding shampoo and shower gel would be a plus. Breakfast could also do with some improvement. But overall , i had a good stay”

“Maybe the best hotel in town, but more by lack of serious competition. Rooms are good and very clean, view on Congo river is very nice. High end rooms offer no additional superficy nor comfort, just access to a very poor lounge, so absolutely not worth the additional charge. Pool, parking and restaurants are of the expected level. BUT: prices for drinks and meals are outrageous. 7USD for a small bottle of water, 5 USD for an expresso, 50 USD for breakfast, 90USD for a bottle of poor Chablis wine……

“Good hotel. Love the room. Enough storage. Best gym I’ve seen in a hotel. Not much to do on property. A hotel like this deserves a pool.
