“We had a group of about 8 people staying a couple of nights at this location for a reunion/birthday celebration. The property was perfect and spacious, but very strict about noise level. We received several notifications about our volume while playing a board game. The host asked us to keep the volume down, but then apologized about the noise gauge being set too low. That was the only issue we ran into, would stay again.”

“The house is in a nice new neighborhood. We stayed there for our son’s graduation from the University of Alabama and it was a great place to stay with our entire family vs. a hotel. Derrick, the owner, was very responsive with any questions we had. If we have any future stays in T town we will definitely stay here again. ”

“It was a small house but very comfortable.Had all the necessary items in the house for my weekly stay. Enjoyed the shower.My only criticism would be to have slightly better beds. The beds were platform beds and a little hard probably could use better mattresses.Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.”
