“We really enjoyed our stay here. It's quiet yet close to the heart of Helen. Easy walking distance to the shops and dining. Easiest check in I've experienced in a while. ”

“For the price and how close it was to Helen it was a good deal. I was there after Christmas when everything in Helen was very expensive so it was worth it. We also took a day trip to Dahlonega which wasn’t too far. As far as the room it was basic but good. No complaints for the price point. I could hear loud talking through the wall but I sleep with a white noise app so it didn’t bother me. No good local food choices just basic American. I will stay again. ”

“Wonderful option to the tourist hotels in the area. Private, lovely cabins with room to spread-out and conveniences like microwave, kitchen, dining, deck. After staying here, I would never do a hotel again.”

“Our room hasn't been cleaned. And from the dust and what was wiped up in the tub I don't know how long it sat empty... the carpet very clearly hadn't been vacuumed. There were crushed potato chips and other crumbs on the floor. Many stains in the carpet as well. The bed was comfy and linens in it were clean. Bath towels had stains on all of the sizes. A/c worked great so that was good. We paid extra to have the jacuzzi room and when we wiped out the tub it was apparent the tub hadn't been……
