“The apartment was clean and very nicely put together. Overall the unit was very easy to get to. It was nice having two parking lits to choose from. Check in was quick and easy. Only downfall is having better ventilation in the bedroom to increase airflow from the air conditioner in the living room. “We never received the access needed to get to the property. We arrived in Baton Rouge for a party, after the party we went to check in and the address was incorrect on navigation. We did not have any access information so weren’t able to get into the gates. This was 5pm and we were stranded with nowhere to stay. The owner would not respond to email and phone did not work. We reached out and got vrbo to refund us. Finally got email at 10pm with the access information. We were already on our way……
