We saw deer in the yard on 2 different occasions and there is lots of room outdoors for children to ride bikes and play outdoor games. The swingset was a hit with our toddlers and babies and the trails were enjoyed by the teens. The unit is as advertised and was very comfortable. Huge plus is that the bed is KING sized, not queen like you find in most units.
