“I booked Kurunduketiya as a birthday present for my partners 30th and some nice accommodation to finish our holiday at. However due to poor administrational errors, the resort didn’t have the correct details of our booking which we had paid for in full. It wasn’t until I reached out with questions about the booking 5 days prior that they contacted me to tell me that they had double booked and that we had to cut our stay short one night. “Stay away! It was the worst experience of my whole stay in Sri Lanka. I booked that hotel for 1 night. I noticed that they have a policy for late check in (after 9pm) so on the way I tried to contact them because I was afraid if I will be able to get over there on time.
