The house is about 200 yards from Corporation Beach. The house is at the end of a scenic, beachfront walking distance from charming Dennis Village. There is a brand new kitchen with an open floor plan to the dining area and living room. The living room has a large sectional with beautiful bayside views. There is a porch with a new patio set and grill off the kitchen/living room. There are three bedrooms upstairs including a private master suite complete with a king bed, private bath, and balcony. There is a full bath upstairs as well as a room with two queen beds and a room with two twin beds. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a single queen.
There is a large flat yard, great for lawn games. House comes with a deluxe croquet set. Outdoor shower is off the walk out basement. Laundry is located on the first floor. House has WiFi and cable.
The house is walking distance to Scargo Pond, great for a warm fresh water swim, paddle board, or kayak. There is a great 5k running loop past scenic Sesuit Harbor. The house is walking distance to charming Dennis Village complete with fine dining (Scargo Cafe, Fins, Galleria Wine Bar, Encore), bakeries/cafes (Zest, Mercantile, Underground Bakery, Donut Shack), stores (Nancy's Candy, Eden's Jewelry, Scargo Pottery, Deep Blue, The Barn & Co.), food (Dennis Public Market, Showtime Pizza), and several antique shops.
