“The hotel room was nice but had a few things requiring improvement. No hook anywhere in the bathroom or a shelf to Place any kind of clothing. Very small pillows on the beds. No breakfast served before 8 am yet the card required to park on the street nearby expires at 8 am. Receptionist very friendly and professional, actually undeserving for this hotel who seems less concentrated of the comfort for the customer but more interested what suits them. I will again return to a hotel near Zofingen……

“Very clean and tidy, provides free parking space. Great if you drive your own car to there. Room is just a bit small. It would have been much better if room rate includes breakfast. We went there with a little kid, there's a built-in (wall-mount) foldable bed provided without extra charge.”

“早餐非常好，如五星飯店。其他只有三星水準，太小，加上行李就太擠。房間只有床，被子，枕頭。其他都沒有。浴室也有冷水熱水。別指望太多，這是火車站最近的酒店。”

“Great staff who are always happy to help. The hotel is clean and tidy, the team responsible for cleaning do a great job. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food is really good. I have stayed here a couple of times now, and will again in the future should I need to be in this area for business again.”

“Der Empfang ist sehr sympathisch und immer hilfsbereit. Das Familienzimmer ist top, sehr geräumig. Das Badezimmer dagegen sehr klein und sehr primitiv eingerichtet. Da wir jeden Tag ins Thermalbad gingen mussten wir zum Glück nie darin duschen. Erstaunt und enttäuscht hat uns, dass die Betten nie gemacht wurden und die zum Wechseln abgelegten Badetücher nicht ersetzt wurden (wir mussten am Empfang darum bitten). Im Restaurant war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit für unsere Kleine……
