This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a motel. Around 10:00 AM, a staff member (who refused to give his name) accused us of missing a coffee pot in the room, which was completely false. When I asked for the key to check the room myself, he refused. There was nothing missing, but he made us wait on purpose.
What made it worse was his attitude—he didn’t even show basic respect toward us as customers. The whole situation was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and disappointing. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.
