Solid rental close to the square and UNT

Easy check in & comfortable rental. Definitely would recommend it - no frills but its clean, quiet area and plenty of space for 4 people!

We had a group of 4 adults. The property listing was accurate as stated. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was easy to contact and very friendly. We didn’t have any problems at all and would recommend if you need a place to stay in Denton.

Perfect house for a weekend in Denton!

We needed a place for five people during the Denton Arts and Jazz Festival. This was a great location! The house was nice with a cozy feel. It had everything we needed and was well appointed. I would definitely stay again!
