New Loft at the heart of Denton! Walking distance to TWU, shops, and restaurants. Unique Open Space concept, this private loft has a full size kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom. Can fit up to 4 people (Queen bed & Queen inflatable mattress). Creative space with Bright Fun colors. Dedicated work area. Equipped with free WIFI, 55” swivel Smart TV, Keurig Coffee maker, Drip coffee maker, and blender. Charming and Comfortable setting for a relaxing stay. Air Conditioner. Assigned parking spot.

This is a trendy place located on the 2nd floor with nobody above! The Open space provides a very comfortable stay. Ample size Bedroom with touch nightlamps, 55" Smart TV and walk in closet. Memory foam Medium firm Queen mattress. Just relax with a good book in the living room. Comforts of a fully equipped kitchen for the chef in you! Built in desk. Inflatable mattress if your group requires it. Ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. Sound machine in bedroom.

Beautiful Property

My Mom and I came down to visit my daughter at college for Family weekend. I wanted somewhere that we could spread out and be comfortable but was within walking distance to things sonce i didnt rent a car. This place was absolutely perfect. I slept on the couch and let my Mom have the bed and we both slept wonderfully. I would highly recommend.

Perfect apartment for 2

My daughter had a week long class at TWU so I tagged along and worked from the apartment. I loved the dedicated work space. The apartment was quiet. Wifi was fast and the A/C was cold. Kitchen is the perfect size. She loved the large TV. We felt very safe. It was a perfect place for us and was close to the square and and the campus. We had an awesome stay!

Everything we needed!!

We were in Denton for a convention and needed a place for 3 nights. This cute little apartment was all that we needed, and was much better than a hotel. It's an older home and had the character and charm that goes with that. But it was very well equipped for a comfortable stay. Being over 6'3" it was tough in some of the lower ceiling spots and the bathroom mirror poses a shaving challenge (lol) but we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again!!!

The house itself is ok to look at, in an ok neighborhood. Not great, not bad. The room itself was outstanding, clean, updated bath and appliances.
