We were in town for a concert. The proximity to grocery store, great eateries and highways was awesome. Simple hotel. Would stay there again. Great place to stay if you’re catching a show at red rocks. It’s only 10 minutes away.

Pros: Convenient location from freeway and large shopping mall, many dining options; check-in staff was very nice, professional, quick, courteous; diligent housekeeping staff; included breakfast was decent with real fresh strawberries and blueberries. Cons: Overall condition of building and room was old, outdated, desperate need of renovation; room was small; beds ok but no headboards; sleeps 4 but only 3 towels; missing toiletries; room felt old and not clean, felt like a low budget motel. Conclusion: Overall felt like a budget motel; old, felt unclean, desperately needing renovation; very nice staff which was best part of stay but I would never stay here in the future; price was reasonable/affordable but low quality accomodations. Would seek other lodging options next time.

No pool available, with no notice. Room had pet hair on the sofa, and toilet seat was loose and toilet paper was barely hanging on the wall. Floors were dirty. Breakfast was good, and location to Red Tock was great!!

Central location to Golden and Morrison. Close to shopping. Fair price, clean, and friendly staff. Clean pool and grounds. A little family of rabbits lives on the property. Was lovely to relax and enjoy watching them by the pool.

Old and tired. TP dispenser falling out of wall. Beds hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom was nasty, bugs in bathtub, looked dirty. Room was so noisy it was impossible to sleep. It was $245 a night which is ridiculously expensive for this property. We paid the same for a high end hotel downtown Denver. I will never stay at a Best Western again. Either reduce your prices or dramatically upgrade your property! Total rip off!!

Staff was friendly and patient during a power outage. Real eggs and fresh fruit for breakfast was a plus. Quiet room. Hot tub not working. Sauna took a long time to heat up. Power outage on first night that made the stay questionable/uncomfortable.

The listing says there's a hot tub but I did not see one anywhere. Continental breakfast was decent. Fancy coffee machine broken aside from basic coffee. A little bit pricey for the location and size of rooms.

The electricity was out which I understand is not necessarily their fault but we ended up having to find different accommodations last minute right before a holiday on top of a concert also being held in town which made our new hotel more expensive. It would have been nice to know earlier in the day about the lack of electricity as they had known way before 630pm when they offered to refund our hotel.

Power went out at 9 am before I had a chance to get ready for the day . I inquired about it multiple times throughout the day. I was heading to a concert around 4:30 and they told me it would be back on by 5:00. I was already annoyed because there was no electricity to get ready with and no way of charging my phone. I got back to the hotel around 1:00 am and still no power. My phone was dead, there was no hot water, no ac, and no lights to get up the stair case or down the dark halls. It was too late to get another room elsewhere and all of my belongings were up in a pitch black room anyway . The office lady said they would work on refunds in the morning. When I went to check out the next morning they said they would only refund me 50% for one night. They literally messed up 100% of my plans over 2 days and they don’t want to make it right. After sweating all night and being at a concert before that I had to leave this morning with no shower. No one from the hotel ever contacted me or came to me with updates or options . I had to continuously seek them out and every time they led me to believe that it was just a matter of time before it would be back on . I would have left while I still had time to find something else if they had been upfront . When I checked out this morning the power had been out for over 24 hours. So basically there power outage was my problem and they don’t seem worried at all about making it right.

We booked this property for the pool when we arrived we got no prior notice and it was closed. We weren’t offered anything to compensate. We got to room the bathroom didn’t even look like it had been cleaned. The rooms were loud and room service opened at our door at 8:00 in the morning and woke us up after a late concert. Won’t be staying here again. Close to red rocks if you don’t care about a clean and loud room.
