Our policy on AirBnb is to require guests to make a $500 deposit. This will be a hold on your card for the duration of your stay. We will also require you to sign a Rental Agreement. If you fail to sign the Rental Agreement or the Deposit, you will not be given access to the property and you will not receive a refund for your stay.
Guest Access:
The house key is in the lockbox. You will receive the code when you arrive. There are two external doors, and two external sliding windows.
Other Things to Note:
You will be required to provide identification for all adults staying at the home more than 7 days out of every 30.
You will be required to sign a month-to-month lease under Colorado law.
We now offer weekly cleaning services and weekly laundry services for your convenience, for an extra fee. Ask and you shall receive. These thoughtful additions are designed to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible.
