The main floor:

This home has tile floors and high living room ceilings, giving it an overall trendy, cozy vibe. There is a glass sliding door that leads out to a private fenced in backyard area with a pond, waterfall, and pool (all are open for the season), there's also a stone patio with outdoor furniture, which is great for catching some fresh air and enjoying a relaxing evening. The third floor:

There are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don’t forget about Deer Creek Canyon Park where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.

Take the gorgeous, 60-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. A two-hour drive north you’ll find Cheyenne, Wyoming and Denver is only 10 minutes away.
