Come relax at this home away from home! Located on the edge of Aurora right next to Denver in one of the most central areas of the city. Great access to shopping, entertainment & dining. Easy access to I-225 off Mississippi where you are a 15-20 min drive to downtown Denver, the Denver Tech Center and major hospitals (Aurora Medical Center, University of Colorado Anschutz medical centers).

Private, quiet and large 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom apartment in multifamily property. Open concept kitchen, living & dining room area for guests to hangout and entertain. This fully equipped & stocked getaway is perfect for friends, couples or FAMILIES. Enjoy high speed internet and the peace of mind that comes with a Ring alarm system!

NOTE: We are renovating the backyard to match the indoor oasis we have created for our guests. As such please excuse the aesthetic at the back of the house and access to the backyard is not allowed at this time.

Noisy and Underwhelming
You don’t come to this “cozy retreat” for its appearance or amenities. Expecting the minimum, we were met with a lack of the basics. This stay was further ruined by constant loud noises from the upstairs unit. Loud stomping, chair dragging, power tools, etc, would be heard loudly all night. All my family expected was decent sleep, but we did not get any for the five nights we stayed. For this we were “compensated” 25. Host would dodge questions and stopped responding all together. You have better luck at a motel 6!

The listing was not accurate in the description. It makes it off to be a cozy little home but it is a 2 unit house. Also you do not have a thermostat as it is shared and preset with the other unit. The neighbors upstairs have no respect for the lower unit as they are up late and up early walking around making lots of noise. The host was great with communication.

Was just a lot of trouble, not able to get rest due to very thin walls of the entire property, home repairs were going on that we weren't told about and for 2 days woken up by roofers. Just not as great as I had hoped.

Cute place but very noisy
The house itself was set up very nicely and it was very cute. However, the upstairs residents were beyond loud. Stomping and banging pots and pans every morning starting at 5-6 am until noon then starting again at night. You can hear everything they say, do, and watch on the tv. It was very very hard to rest and relax in this house.
