Doors to room very hard to open. No screen on window on 4th floor. Hole in ceiling. Broken shower door. Gap under front door so large lots of light comes through. There was a false eyelash on the lamp next to the bed. Pool area was so slippery and dangerous. Also rooms say “no smoking” but smell like cigarettes. Pillows on bed were super small like couch pillows. Homeless people on backside of hotel.

From the moment of arrival, guests are treated exceptionally. The staff were welcoming and attentive, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the visit. The rooms are immaculate, clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The comfortable beds and peaceful atmosphere allow for a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is ideal, with convenient access to nearby attractions. Overall, the experience at Days inn is incredible. Every detail ensures a memorable stay. The front desk area was clean and neat. Check in was quick and the desk clerk was friendly. On the downside, the pillows were very small, you needed 2 to make them the thickness of a regular pillow. Our reservation was for 3 people and the room was only stocked with towels for 2.The pool was too cold to swim in. The hot tub was the temp that the pool needed to be. The dining area had a loud noise coming from a vent and there weren't many choices for breakfast. There isn't allot of parking available.

The stay was ok for one night but there was a musty, mold smell to the room a broken window and the door to the hallway had a big enough gap to hear and see into the hallway. I opened the folded washcloth to was my face and was greeted by a previous guests half set of false lashes. I wouldn’t stay again.

I wasn't allowed to bring my bike inside the hotel so I parked it right next to my window backing it in I took the front wheel off and the seat but it was still stolen from the property pretty nice Kona mountain bike.

The staff were amazing..... however, I had to change rooms because of the black mold along the shower door.... both rooms the tv didn't work..... it couldn't connect to the internet.....i think the rooms could have been a little cleaner.... especially the hard wood floors

Property has had some renovations but bathroom and shower need updates. Old and dirty looking. Woke up to flies in the room constantly. Overall it served the purpose I needed for a week stay at a reasonable price but you get what you pay for. Next time I will spend the extra money to stay at a better hotel.

The location was very near to Erie high school. However the quality of hotel is bad . Beds are very firm and making lots of noise when you turn around . Coffee machine is not good, very cheap and there is not iron inside the hotel. The room size is very small for three people

Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe Experience We booked 4 rooms for one night just to sleep and head back home the next day. Unfortunately, our experience was far from acceptable. The surrounding area felt unsafe, with several homeless individuals around the property. After checking in, the rooms initially appeared okay for a short stay, but upon closer inspection, we found serious hygiene issues. One room had yellow urine stains around the toilet and a bunch of hair on the bed. With no other options late at night, we had to clean the room ourselves. The worst part was discovering a disgusting-looking bug on the bed in another room. It bit my brother all over his body, leaving huge, painful blisters on his arms and elsewhere. At 3 AM, he went to the front desk for help, but received none. He and his family, including two young children, had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night and spent over an hour calling around before finally finding another hotel. Breakfast was also disappointing — very minimal, offering only cereal, waffles, and hard-boiled eggs. No bread, bagels, or other basic options. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Poor hygiene, unresponsive staff, and unsafe conditions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Horrible parking lot; breakfast area very small as was the lack of food quality; rooms were tolerable but rarely cleaned properly; coffee in room never serviced; never got new cups; should have known better when I checked in and maintenance man was using incoming counter as his work bench. Will never stay again.

Dirty room with Cheeto fingerprints on the light fixtures, and did not match the picture. Only stayed one night and cancelled the rest of our reservation to stay at a different hotel. Shower pressure made it so it only dripped water, pool was closed for maintenance, and breakfast is in a really small condensed area. There were also a few transients sleeping in the lobby or walking around the hotel area.
