had to move rooms three times. first smelt like straight urine to the point where i gagged upon entering (i’ve worked in forensic cleanup and have never gagged at a smell before), second didn’t have hot water and third as well as the rest were improperly cleaned. dirty duvet, dirty used towels still in rooms, and floor unswept. ridiculous. front desk attendant didn’t care and neither did expedia. awful, never again.

Not only lots of deferred maintenance but chair for the desk was so low as to be unusable; no outlets accessible from the bed; water took long minutes to become hot; huge jumble of electrical cords, only one of which was connected to anything. Dingy and dark room.

The water is luke warm at best, and they tell you they know its cause the boiler is old. Wouldn’t refund our money cause we had been there over 30 minutes. We were there 45 at the most. Horrible motel

So many bugs in bathroom, centipedes crawling out of shower drain, and spiders under bed. Staff never cleaned room once in a four day stay. Would never stay here again.

This was the worst hotel we've ever experienced. The lobby had a dank odor and the lobby and hall carpets were stained and dirty. There was no elevator service to the third floor. The room was dirty, bathroom had cigarette stains and molding was falling off the tub floor. The furniture was soiled and stained, saggy and at least 20 years old. Finally, on the morning we had to head to the airport, there was NO HOT WATER for showers. No excuse for such a shabby hotel experience, especially from a brand such as La Quinta

Went for 1 night with partner. Gave me a room with feces in toilet, shower/tub filthy. The actual hotel was in disrepair. Lights not working, broken toilet seat, blow dryer fell out of wall. Will not ever stay again.

Our hotel had no working toilet, and staff asked me how much the deposit was like they didn't know how much to charge me. Reception smelt bad, and my card key didn't work some nights.

It was serviceable. To be fair, I was staying here by myself and wanted something cheap. But that doesn't mean I wanted a broken iron, ironing board, and an almost broken dead bolt. The room was clean in the areas that mattered like the bed and the bathroom, but other areas like the wall by the desk were distractingly disgusting.

Looks good outside, room is cheap and cold, toilet is low to floor. Looks like the room you see on Police shows that they get a call too. Shower head was not high as normal , was about head high. Elevator was broke , I was on second floor with a bum knee. Don’t ask a question you don’t want to hear the answer to.

The sheets and comforter had blood stains on them,the room had thick visible dust and you could tell it had not been deep cleaned in a while. I asked for the linens to be cleaned as I received numerous spider bites the first night I slept there and while I think the sheets were cleaned, they reused the comforter with the blood stains on the underside.

Room was not cleaned during our 2-night stay. Hair dryer did not work. TV Dish service did not work. Desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast service was good.
