Much nicer than when I stayed there years before. Had a late checkout and shuttle scheduled when I checked in. Usually fly to Denver now instead of flying Southwest from Denver. So don't usually stay at DIA motels as often.

Extreme dissatisfaction with a recent stay at your La Quinta Wyndham property. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and fell far below the standards I expected from a Wyndham-affiliated hotel. Upon arrival at approximately 1:00 AM, we were not informed by the front desk gentleman that the room door handle required a lift to open, causing unnecessary confusion and delay in accessing our room after a long day of travel. Throughout the stay, we encountered a series of unacceptable issues, including: The thermostat was non-functional, leaving the room uncomfortable. There was no hot water, which was extremely inconvenient. Mold was visible on the ceiling vent, which raises serious health and sanitation concerns. The hot tub and ice machine were both out of order. Wi-Fi was unavailable, which disrupted our ability to stay connected. For a party of three, we were provided with only two washcloths and no cups in the room. The exterior card reader from the parking lot was inoperable, making it difficult to enter the building. The elevator was out of order, which caused additional strain when moving luggage. The breakfast area was poorly maintained, with tables left dirty and no forks available during breakfast. The in-room refrigerator was not cold, and the freezer was completely frosted over. Several electrical outlets did not work, preventing us from charging our phones and devices.

Beautiful property in a very well groomed and maintained area near the airport! The staff was very helpful with any of our needs. Had to pay an additional $10 for parking the second night which won’t breakbis, but seemed a little unreasonable. Hot breakfast was minimal and eggs were awful (if they were even really eggs?) and it didn’t start until 7am so we had to skipnit to make a flight out. King suite was lovely but one of two hvac units did not work, couple light bulbs out, and little odd things;no big complaints except OUTSIDE DOOR KEY ENTRIES WERE NOT WORKING SO SOMEONE PUT ROCKS IN THE DOORS TO HOLD THEM OPEN! The area appeared very safe but this was a little unerving and I didn’t see anyone working on trying to get them operating safely.

Pros: Front desk staff was very friendly and the lobby and breakfast was great! We had a king suite and it was very modern and spacious. Cons: The hot tub was empty, the exterior door keypads dont work and we had to exchange our keys multiple times because it wasnt working on our room door either. The bottom of the pool has so many chips we nearly cut our feet. Their were no towels in the pool area either. If the pool area was as nice as the rooms and the keypad situation was fixed this would have easily been a 5 star stay.
